    Will this work?

I have noticed in only installing MS flight SIm, a 2004 baseball game, Prince of Persia, and the Matrix, I have used up quite a bit of the hard drive.........I am looking at getting one of these monsters......

I wanted to connect it to the laptop and install games to it and play them....Seems like there would be plenty of room. My main question is since I have never used this before, would it work as well as my laptop hardrive (5400rpm).......which I am very satisified with.....

    Thanks in advance......

    It should work fine..

However, there are some apps and possibly a few games that don't like to be installed on a drive or partition other than your C drive. You should probably look into deinstalling things that you absolutely don't need on your C drive.. do some "spring cleaning" maybe backup all you compressed files to this new drive and when you download, save the files to your new drive.
