Well, the answer is up on the main Blue Chip page now. To wit,

So, no roll over to 2007. They have "tried" to adjust the Who tix bid to end by year end but inadvertantly put in Dec 31, 2007 so it ends well after the concert is over.

So, spend them points while you can, there are only a few weeks left!
