Anybody know how long it takes after winning an auction you get contact info on how to collect your prize? My points have been on auction hold all week and none of the email addresses I found on the website connect me. I keep getting bad email address errors.
Call the station and ask for promotions. They're usually really good about answering the phone. Have never won an auction, however, when I win one of the other prizes, they usually send an e-mail the same day.
