Yes, I've noticed some time discrepancies, too. Here's my experiment: it's 5:50 on my computer and I push the send button "now"...
Aha! And "now" was 5:36 at the GotApex forum!
Additionally, you know that you can go back in and "edit" something and the original posting time keeps your message in it's original place in the queue? In smaller type, directly below the "edited" message, another time signature appears. I'll shall push "send" for this edited edition at my computer time of 5:54

But just like you, I have a right to voice my opinion when something annoys me. And since that was like the third/fourth time you did it, 'my' opinion was that it's just a fact that you're gonna have to deal with. KYXY will change the availability/value of points whenever they please. Which is how they've always been. Also it seems like (not so coincidentally) the more we complain on these Forums, the more KYXY lowers our point(s) values/opportunities.
