ss just had a nightmare

extremely pissed right now, haven't had one of those in years.....
now.. i'm awake in 3:40 am in the morning....can't go back to slee

the dream:
I was sleeping in bed, and i noticed somethings wrong in the kitchen...some noise, shuffling of pots and pans, and the stove all of sudden lit on by itself
I couldn't move, and i keep seeing these thing happening. All of a sudden, the lights started to come on, starting out the dining room, then living room, hallway, all the way to my room... I couldn't do anything, can't yell, can't speak...and i started floating somehow... hovering out of my bed, out my door, to the dining room to the living room, all the way to my roommates door... thats when i can speak a little.. he heard me... grabbed on to me.. i began decending...then i got pissed about what was happening.. wanted to yell at the ghost.. (cuss him off somehow).. but i noticed i couldn't talk at all, and when i could yell out finally, thats when i woke up ... you see why i'm pissed...

and that was 5 hrs ago... still can't go back to sleep... i have basically watched re-run's of ESPN for the meantime.
