Need the name of a Cantonese movie...

I wanna download a movie I saw a looooong time ago, but I have no idea what its title is.

Plot: There are these two gangs that drive old cars. One of the old gang leaders gets shot and this young dude takes his place. He's a big phatty noob at first, but he eventually gets the hang of it. The said dude does a whole slew of neato martial arts and stunts involving stair banisters. Helps?

I wish I knew the actors.

Well the opening scene is like...two gangs are arriving at a place in a trash dump in old cars? Maybe it wasn't a trash dump, I dunno. Then I think they both exchange briefcases. Something goes sour and people start blasting off their tommy guns.
