SS: actually paying for blank CDs

well, it's not totally SS. but in korea, there is no concept of rebates. therefore, people pay a buttload of money for electronics. i paid roughly US$13 for a 50 CD spindle.

a regular old computer can set you back $800 (and this ain't no P4 HT).

my friends get so sad to hear how much things cost in korea than in america. hahaha. God bless america.

If I pay $12 USD for 50 pack I am happy, I don't mess with rebates and what not.

That would seriously suck. I can't remember the last time I actually "paid" for blank CDRs.

Hehe, back in the day, a 25-pack free after rebate was a hot "black friday" deal. Now Officemax has 100-packs free after rebate every month or so...
