Yeah... That's pretty damn cool. I'm surprised it's compatible all the way back to 2002 BMW models.

Wait, so you only get track numbers, not names? Also, is there a cradle or something in the glovebox? Kinda looks like it'll just rattle around in there. Not that I have enough room for a pen in mine, let alone an iPod

Only available for model year 2002, 2003 and 2004 BMW3 Series; Z4 Roadster; X3 and X5 SAV; and MINI models. Not available on vehicles with navigation system, CD changer, DSP cassette player or satellite radio. Installation performed by authorized BMW and BMW SAV centers only. Third-generation iPod (software 2.2 or later) or iPod mini (software 1.1 or later)
Looks like you can't have it if you have a CD changer or a navigation system either.

Who needs a CD changer when you have an iPod? And only losers get lost without a navi system.

Shoot if they offered that for the Accord, I'd go buy another iPod and pay for the install.

Stupid FM Transmitters suck and those cassette deck adaptors just screw up the sound.

I have exactly that and let me tell you there is a drop in quality. Maybe it is the mp3 format, but going through the headphone jack is not ideal. This bmw connection goes through Apple's proprietary connection which is digital not analog. Man i wish i had a beemer to go with my ipod.
