I was looking at W2300 LCD TV of Dell. The EBAY auction site says it has NTSC, PAL and SECAM tuner. But the Dell web site says its just NTSC. I have been trying to contact Dell without much success. I sent them a mail too. No response so far. Any of you have any idea?

Looks like it depends on where the model is sold. I'm pretty sure the US model only has the NTSC tuner. You can check the specs though.
