I Keep Having These Dreams...

...where I'm nearby casinos but I can't play any of the games. Sometimes I'll be driving from Salt Lake City to LA, and I'll miss the Vegas exit and not realize it until it's long gone. Or I'll be on a trip with my friends and we'll be in Vegas, but stuck somewhere and time will keep running out until it's time to go home. Once, I got to a casino but couldn't find the door to get in and ended up walking around for what seemed like hours. And then last night, I was sitting at a table but the dealer couldn't deal right and kept dropping the cards on the floor so we couldn't play.

Does this mean I'm addicted to gambling??

I've always enjoyed playing certain games that you find in casinos...blackjack mostly. Maybe been to vegas 3 or 4 times in the year and a half I've been 21 - and Tahoe once or twice. I thought I was ok because I don't usually play out of my range - I usually take about 100-200 dollars off of them at the end of the trip. Sometimes I'll lose a hundred or so. But as much as I enjoy it, I never feel like I have to go and play while I'm awake - only when I'm dreaming.

Doesn't sound like you are addicted to me. Personally I think to be addicted would be when you are wanting to go to vegas every weekend or twice a month cause you like it there. But then that is not truely being addicted. I was sorta addicted to online poker, I was playing a good 30+hrs a week, but it was more of being addicted to the money then the game.
