    Cool

    It's an Eagle Talon. Check the front grill right under the hood lip. Eagle Talon emblem. Also you can tell by the headlights. Thinner than the similar looking Mitsubishi Eclipse.

    Hard to tell. From the looks of the front though it does look as an intercooler is being run. I would suspect also because if it is running fast quarters and considering it is an Eagle Talon which runs on turbo's, I would say yes it is an intercooler.

    That's a 2 liter 4 cylindar 4G63 engine (eclipse/talon/laser). About 650hp when that picture was taken.
