Hey anyone know which is better and what they cost? I am considering either Borch platnum or some people suggested NGKs but I not sure what models they come in.

If you're up for it you should change the cabling as well if your car is over 30 or 40K or you have money to toss at it. A good $60 spent on some quality spark plug cables can decrease startup times resulting in less wear and better performance until high throttle conditions.

I changed my plugs and cabling and the engine spits out an extra 2 HP from it.

If your car is an import NGK's are good. Also replacing the wires is a good idea.

Before a Bosch salesman has told me that the silver spark plugs are probably the best. That is what my dad uses on his BMW M635 Csi. They are lesser known, don't know if that is good or bad, but that is what he has always gone with.

    Cool

"I changed my plugs and cabling and the engine spits out an extra 2 HP from it."

I would like to see the Dyno test that shows that by just changing wires and plugs you get +2 HP. I've been in local competition in So Cal for 5 years and have never seen that.
