Is there any difference on the apparence between GS430 and the L-Tuned?

The last thing I want is get a new gs430, and 6 months later see a L-Tuned gs430 at the dealer.

So, should someone bite now and get one of the first gs430s, or wait around and get an L-Tuned 430?
