2L of water a day or 1L of water and 1L of gatorade. You know what? I'm actually feeling a lot better now that I'm getting properly hydrated. I used to drink a crap load of soda, and I was dehydrated all the time. Man, I wish I woulda started drinking this much water sooner... On the other hand though, nature calling every 15min is getting old. Boy could I go for a Bawls right now.
