Alright guys I know you all are going nuts over the heat layouts, well they are already setup. I am just awaiting our servers list of passwords for each individual heat. We apologize for the delay and we you will be receiving your e-mails hopefully very shortly. If there is much more of a delay we may be forced to push the contest back, hopefully this will not be the case. Keep checking this thread for updates. If you don't already know, Darth Maul is THE MAN for this tournament. He set it up, promoted it, got the sponsors, everything. Hats off to him. How he managed to do all that after being chopped in half by a lightsaber (he still claims it was but a flesh wound) I'll never know.

Quake III Tournament 2000 News! Tournament Battle
Good news and bad news, so I'm just going to say it like it is. We've had a delay. The heats will start tomorrow, Saturday, at 1pm pacific time. You will receive your timeslots, server IP addresses, and password TONIGHT via email. Please check your email tonight or tomorrow morning for that. Because of this, we're working to get more prizes for you. Yep, delays kind of suck, but we'll do our best to expand the prizelist to include some more stuff.

The theatrix is a theater card, for movie type sound (dolby 5.1). As a gaming card, the MX300 is superior. As a music/movie card, the theatrix is better.
