I JUST GOT JACKED

That match was absolute horse****. What happened? Why am I outraged??? Listen to my story and you'll see why.

So I go into the server and everyone starts playing a warmup. Kicked everyone's ass of course, by 10 frags. But hey! That was just warmup. People arent realling trying, they're getting head, yada yada yada. Whatever right?

So we go on to play the real match, it's 4:2 for me and everything is hummin when bang! Server goes down. Not that I shouldn't have expected it, what with the host computer running at a calm 133 MHZ 16 MEGS RAM, dialing in at 19.2 off of some bootlegged telephone booth in Bumsville, California.

No, but thats ok! That doesnt bother me becuase I'll just calmly reconnect and start over. So, I log back on and we start playing.
The competition is a little fiercer, but like babies biting my ankles, I'm not worried about these newbies. These Q3 hacks, who couldnt stand up to a one on one fight if their Q3 tin box collector's SHIZNIT edition DEPENDED ON IT!!!

So im at the 20 frag mark, playing with a ping of 180, (not bad, I can get by) hovering around 1st when what happens?? My ping somehow(this is where I get jacked) decides to skyrocket to 900. I mean, WHAT THE HELL AM I DOING HERE!!! I finally get to the 40 frag mark after about ten minutes of pure MATRIX LAG. Assball, only a few ahead of me, I can recover and get 2nd. MORE ****ING "SPIN KICK IN SLOW MOTION FROM SOME MARTIAL ARTS MOVIE" LAG. I end up 2 frags from second, and if I had another 2 mins, I would have had first.

I GOT JACKED.

Someone either demo'ed me(I heard someone say somthin about demos) or somthin unnatural.

I DONT EVEN CARE ABOUT THE PRIZES (what are they again, btw).

IM ONLY CHAPPED BECAUSE I KNOW I CAN BEAT THESE FOOLS ANY DAY OF THE WEEK.

DONT TRY TO SAY IM LyING, CAUSE IM NOT.

Too bad this tourney wasn't setup to accomodate people living outside of GOTAPEX HQ!!!

If I recall, during the warmup, you beat me by FIVE frags, and your time was around double mine. Also, d3vil was not even in the warmup, and he won.

Mofo - whether your better than all of us or not.. it's your attitude that shows through. You start by talking smak about the server - personally, Ook when out of his way to host this for Apex and did quite a bit of work... Don't forget Darth_Maul with the prizes and organization of the hole thing. I know others that where doing better with more lag... To top it all off.. you didn't pay anything - all you had was something to gain. If you wanna have a game between the others.. then maybe you should e-mail them. But don't start cutting down the people that let you play for prizes.
