Terms and Conditions:

1 - Make reservation for and purchase a Business Class ticket with a fare basis code beginning with "J" from American Airlines or your authorized travel agent. Upgrade certificate may also be used in conjuction with meeting services, privately negotiated corporate fares, Net SAAver faves, fares booked on AA.com or senior discounts.

2 - Then, call your travel agent or American Airlines at 1-800-433-1790 and your reservation will be upgradesd and confirmed to First Class, subject to availability. Upgrades may be made anytime up to 24 hours prior to scheduled departure.

3 - To obtain a boarding pass, the First Class certificate along with your ticket or ticket notification must be presented on the say of departure to an American Airlines agent.

4 - This First Class certificate may be supplifted/lifted by Passenger Sales Support prior to departure.
