I think that for the next tournaments you guys hold, you should be alot more organized. I had alot of fun and liked this one alot, but now you have had your first try and can learn from this experience. First off you should either have a poll up months ahead for which maps to play. That way you dont ask the people which map to play JUST before the heat starts. Also you could test-play the maps with several ppl (months ahead) to make sure its good enough for all pings and get good feedback on which maps are good enough (rocket camping possible? camping period? bad layout? use of weapons to kill with other than 1?). I was in the first heat and lost, but still had fun. However the only weapon really used was the rocket launcher. There wasnt really any other weapon that would hold up (the map was Q3DM7 for those who want to know). Next the times should be chosen months early also. I noticed alot of ppl couldnt make it and other problems like email wasnt recieved in time. That would be another thing to fix. Send emails days ahead to be sure who can make it.
