Diablo - help settings

What is perspective mode? how do i start it? I have opengl.
also i lag like crazy when i network tcp/ip anyone have suggestions on what to do? i killed all TSRs/background proggies.

I don't know what this perspective mode you are talkign about is, but when I play on my lan it lags a lot too, not much you can really do about it except use health potions a lot more that way if it lags you don't all the sudden lose all your health. I have dsl and we play all the time, not on bnet though, too laggy still, my machine is fast but I still experience lag. Oh well.
