    100mbps government subsidised internet connection. For a country with poor broadband penetration and internet usage, Japan is well behind the curve. This is one of those things they're spending billions of dollars on to try to catch up to the rest of the world.

    In asia alone, they're behind Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia, in broadband penetration.

    The whole shabang is about 7000 yen a month. i got the sign up fee knocked down to 800 yen and installation knocked down to 0 yen (from about 250000 yen). since i am splitting it with all the other english speaking people in my building, it will cost me about 800 yen a month. woo!

    is it true ....that all the living condition in tokyo are very small
    Cause i've only lived in their hotel (vacation)

    only thing i remember are their foods very small.. their hamburger's like happy meal in the US

    Man, theres a few of them places in Tokyo called Oo toya or something rather...Man that place is soo good. I went there and a local katsu place almost every other day. (was in Jimbocho district)
