Gaming giant Sega will launch its online gaming network, dubbed SegaNet, next Thursday for gaming enthusiasts around the world. With the new service, gamers will be able to play Sega Dreamcast games with other people all over the globe. The new service will cost $21.95 per month, and as part of a celebration and promotion of the new service, the Dreamcast has been cut to $149 USD, a drop of 25%.
I wonder how many of us will sign up and use Sega Net.

i'm already paying $8/month for cable modem access. i don't see myself spending another $149 plus the $21.95/month just to play dreamcast games. get real. haha.

It's as expansive as AOHell. Personally, I'd not sign up for Sega Net.

Heh, dc on the net. . . I buy consoles to play with my friends. That's why I love my N64. I don't buy a system to play with online people, that's what my computer is for. . . and Sega. . . that price is waaaay too high.
