Mine has done that for the last year or so. I think it's stress related and I've just gotten used to it. Now it doesn't happen too much.

I get that every once in a while. Of course when it does it, i'm in the middle of talking to someone of importance and they think i'm doing it at them. Mine just usually go away, the worst I've had it was a day and a half.

I drank a ton of water yesterday, ate a banana with dinner, and went to bed early. I'm happy to announce my eye is back to normal this morning. Thanks all for the ideas.

sleep, caffeine, and stress-related... other than fixing those three things, all you can do is wait for it to go away, which it will do randomly...

Wow, I'm in triple trouble if they are caused by stress, caffeine, and lack of sleep. WF, you just described my life. It sounds like it's time to make some more changes.

Sometimes, I get the shoulder twitch. That's the funniest feeling!

Actually, the eye is pretty weird too (when I had it). At least people will think you're on the edge...lol
