Need deal info for Staples.com

I was wondering how you guys pricematch at staples and use codes?

Do you just call them, give them the cheaper price, then add the code and order that way?

Or do you just order it with the code at the higher price, then take the email receipt to your local staples store and ask for a refund since you bought at the higher price?

Or something else? Thanks!

I just used it for online(Staples.com)...however they add next day shipping price of the competing website(which bites)
