    ... is "you're too stupid to operate one properly" a valid response?

    absolutely. it should be used more often and then world would be a better place.

    I think that's a little un PC. I would say "as long as you don't ask me to provide you 24 hour customer support because you think the CD drive is a cup holder."

    i do something worse:

    i tell them to go get a dell.
    there are pictures, but no,nothing happens on my site.

    This same guy just asked me what kind of case he should buy. This guy even owning a computer would be bad enough. Now he thinks he can build his own.
