if that is the case the dialog box needs to be turned off on the server.
Sounds like the print spooler is maybe an NT 4.0 machine? (This might work on others but I only am sure it works on NT 4.0 server)
If it is go to the spooler machine:
Open the printers folder
Click on File - Server Properties
Click the advanced tab
Uncheck "Notify when remote documents are printed"
Hope that helps.
note:
The printers folder can be found in the control panel. Just open it from there, (or from my computer) and the go to the file menu and you should see a new option called "server properties"
