    Vernors

Ooh it burns so good. Anyone else a fan? I recently found it in glass bottles at a local albertsons.

I only see that stuff when I am up in Michigan. It is ok but then again I am not a carbonated beverage drinker unless it has whiskey in it.

I love Vernors it is great with brown sugar on a ham, in Michigan it is an easy find, but the best pop in MIchigan is FAYGO all the way

I wonder if the glass bottled Vernors is as good as the old stuff used to be. I think the current flavoring is a bit weaker than I remember it being in the early 60's. That stuff would knock you off your chair, especially if you poured it in a glass and got a good wiff was you took a swallow.

Heheh - Vernors is NOT for the weak. I actually like Seagram's ginger ale better, but they don't sell that here in MI.

Faygo is also very good - so many different colors to choose from!

I thought I saw Seagrams in Michigan before. I will look around at my local stores to see.

That would be cool... thanks! I've seen Seagram's mixers (tonic water & such) but never ginger ale. I got hooked when I lived on the east coast, but haven't seen any since I moved back here.

The stuff in the bottles is a bit stronger.
