i just bought a dvd burner from outpost.com, and was waiting for it. dhl delivered it yesterday, but i never received it. apparently from their tracking system, they LEFT IT by the front door!
i'm guessing there's nothing i can do...but BAHHHH!!!

You can complain to UPS and Outpost...this is also why i have all packages delivered to my workplace...always someone to sign for it

Might help to complain to DHL since thats who he said delivered it. Obviously they wont have a signature on file since you didnt get it, I would call Outpost.com and complain first, then let them hash it out with DHL. This is why DHL has insurance, they are going to end up paying for it.Originally Posted by psycho-

I would call Outpost.com I had the same problem before notr with DHL but samething happend I call the company about it and they sent me a new one and said they would deal with it so I didn;t have too. But about a month later the guy who supposed to have deliverd it came to my door asking me crazy questions and not acting on behalf of the conmpany I had to get security to get him to leave

He was asking me "why didn't you get your package?" and saying things like I knowI left it at your door I thouhgt I heard someone in your house, then he was saying that I prolly had the package and just wanted free stuff, I about lost it I was like what crazy perosn would leave a package out front in plainview He wouldn't leave It was freakin me out plus he was a big guy which was double scary
Just deny that you got it. Burden of proof is on them right? Or blame outpost for not requiring a signature. I once had a package that was delivered but I never received. I called and got copy of my "signature". Someone had printed my name instead of actually signing it. The company sent me another package but I blame UPS for saying I received it at home and signed for it but actually left it with my neighbors as I found out a few weeks later.
