so i have this http://www.genovino.it/2dragoni/penc...te-outline.gif
and i want to use it as artwork. but the dpi is too low... how do i increase the dpi?
I use Adobe Photoshop. Resize, bicubic, resolution 144ppi. Then apply a sharpen filter. I can send you the higher res copy that I made of it. PM me your e-mail addy and I will send it over.
Will the new picture look as good as the orginal?
That can never be guaranteed when upsampling an image. The good news is this image is a B&W sketch so upsampling with a gaussian blur and some sharpening filters seem to make it look pretty good. Tweaking can be done.

I do not have a place where I can host the pic otherwise I could show you the before/after of it.
