Will a PCI SATA adapter slow down RAID0 performance?

I used up my 2 SATA slots on board and am thinking about adding a PCI SATA adapter card to run a raid-0 for 2 WD raptors. The only concern i have is if the PCI port can handle the speed of the two raptors? thanks.

With PCI maxing out at 133mb/s and raptors at about 40 apiece, you shouldn't have a problem with 2.
