    Wednesday Woes...

Tell one thing you are worried/sad about.
Before you criticize someone, walk a mile in their shoes. That way, you'll be a mile from them, and you'll have their shoes.

I'm worried about my 1st book club meeting tomorrow. I'll only know one person, and I just met her recently.

Edit: good luck on your exam BI. When do you have to take it?

I'm worried that when I go home for Thanksgiving all my old friends will have turned into mellow squares since graduating and won't be up for any hell raising.

Well, i can actually take it whenever i want. I was planning on the 3rd of December, but I'd really like to get it out of the way before Thanksgiving.

You should take it next week, then you can relax and enjoy the Holidays knowing that you aced the exam!

Obby, sorry to hear about your dog. I hope she's ok.

I got into an accident on the wat into work. Looking at my car with a banged up quarter panel makes me sad. Thinking about the aggravation of getting it fixed makes me sad. And thinking about the POS rental car I'm going to be stuck with has me really down.

I am a little worried about work. Especially since there are a lot of things that I would like to say to a few of my co-workers. I have been quiet about a lot of it. Only problem is one day I figure I am going to have a meltdown and just tell them what I think and proceed to get fired.

A positive attitude causes a chain reaction of positive thoughts, events, and outcomes. It is a catalyst, a spark that creates extraordinary results.

First, I'll tell you one thing I'm happy about: That this thread hasn't needed to be moved to Political (yet!)

I'm not really worried about anything today. My son is probably buying a car today, so I'm concerned about him getting a nice reliable car, but not really worried.

I dunno, Nano - there's something to be said in my book for being productive whilst getting your frustrations out using a big hammer and a "pickle fork"...

Doing steering/suspension work is boring when you do it all day, but it can be kind of nice to do a job like that once in a while. Once I got more into driveability and diagnostics it was a good change of pace to do an undercar job now and again.

We're in contract to sell our house and the buyers are concerned there's an oil tank on the property (we're heated by oil now). I'm certain there was one but almost as certain it was in the basement. If they do happen to find one on the property, we'll have to do something about it. OY!

I'm worried that when my secret armies invade and lead to my rule of the land, I'll be too merciful to mine enemies, and not smite them near as hard as I should.
