Finally figured out a way to upload my MP3s into my V600 phone and use them as ringtones. I didn't have Bluetooth Dongle or USB cable. IN YOUR FACE, BAM!!!!
(sorry, I'd been working for hours with no success, kinda giddy now)

It really isn't worth doing unless you never intend to buy a bluetooth dongle, or the tones in the net just don't cut it for you. YOU JUST HAVE TO HAVE CUSTOM.
First, cut mp3 down to size (less than 300kb for T-mobile), then upload the file into your Yahoo! briefcase.
1. You have to have WAP access. I signed up for unlimited for 4.99 per month, but they said I could cancel at anytime. So I will and only be charged for one day.
2. If you can get email from your phone, then email the link (of the file in the briefcase) to yourself. Open it and copy and paste the link into your WAP browser, and bingo, it should work. Keep trying if you get errors, unless the file is too big.
3. If you can't get email, then you have to arduously key in the entire link into your WAP browser, and IT IS CASE SENSITIVE!
If you are getting a bunch of errors and it will not go through, the file is probably too big.
Anyways, I got this solution from another forum site. Enjoy!
