hmm well in actuallity there is no pass no pass per se. but most consider 3 as a passing grade. but does not mean that a 2 is bad just mean u not as good as the other people taking the test. I not sure what the IB is but i know that you can get AP honors and AP scholar, distinction etc.. for having a certian number of AP with 5 ~ 3.

This is a super old post...but I'm going to comment anyway...for anyone who is still interested... Many universities give their employee's kids discounts/free college. For example, my dad teaches at Johns Hopkins, and me and both of my sisters got to go anywhere for 1/2 off tuition. (I went to UMCP instate and only paid $2,000/yr. My sisters both went to MIT and saved near $15,000/yr.) My dad used to teach at U of I and the deal there was free tuition if your kid goes to U of I. Different universities have different deals. Get your parent to work there...if they don't teach, they get the same deal if they are secretary, cafeteria person, even janitor. See if your parents are willing to do that for you!
It's a GREAT deal!

Yah i went to an IB school also, on Guam though. So, but it sucks, cause not a lot of schools accredit it unless you petition really hard for it. But IB is way better than AP, AP tests are so damn easy compared to IB.
