None are good. Burn cds, save time & money & hassle with having crummy minidisc player

I don't know which minidisc players are good, but I love my minidisc player, one of the Sharp ones from Accompany...er, Mobshop. I do know that epinions.com is a pretty good resource, not all products, but lots.

I would assume that Sony makes the best one because they invented Mini Disk. I have never used one so I couldn't say for sure.

I would go sharp I love my 722 it is way better than mp3 players or CD's. I had mp3 player it sucked. Go sharp 722 you won't regrete it.

Crummy?!?!? Gah, obviously you haven't tried mini discs my friend. I've been using them for the last three years now and I am loving it for its protability and great sound for on the go. Albeit the sound is not as good as cd, but when you're on the road, in a plane, or whatever, with compact headphones or earphones, you can't really tell the difference from cd-audio.
BTW jiminey23, stick with Sony. Although I despise Sony, I haven't heard much problems with their mini disc equpiment. If you have the cash, get a deck recorder and whatever portable you can afford. Portable recorders just don't have a good quality atrac compression like the better decks. But it just depends how much cash ya got.
Don't get me wrong though Sharp users, those players are decent, just saying that Sony's are a leetle (about this much | |
better.

Thanks spigidygak I love my MD player too.

Yeah, I need to get another MD player. Maybe I should request a cycle. I love mine, and I need to get one for my dad. Oh yeah, MD's are much, much better and cost effective compared to MP3 players. I also have a RIO that is light but, you can't do jack with it.
