so this thing is definitely not broken and it ROCKS...

heehee. i can eventually figure out what forum to put my threads in...

okay. so after a 3-hour stint of running around town, i managed to exchange my broken dreamcast for one that works... omg. i had no idea it was so cool.

i've gotten my hands on about 20 games so far, including a disc with EVERY NES game on it (including a few that look like they might have been some undergrad's senior thesis project ) and every gameboy game... omg. too fun. i'm really gettin to KNOW MY ROOTS this christmas!!! wheeee!

this is totally going to tide me over until the PS3 generation hits the market in 2-3 years, and at $30 for the complete system, totally beats the heck out of the $300 i would have spent on a modded xbox with 4 controllers. totally! dude! it's even making me talk like it's 1991 again and i am 15 years old! wheeeee!

okay. i know. i should probably lay off the coffee while i'm at it...

I love my dreamcast, I have mine in my closest in very good condition with about 40games. I gotta open that sucker up sometime. The thing I like about the old DC games if you can buy them used for a couple bucks. I personally think it is the best system in the last 10years.

San Francisco Rush 2049 is a great mutli-player game. That is actually the game that made me buy my Dreamcast, because I loved it so much. The racing is so-so, but I loved the multi-player deathmatch. Stunting is ok if you have lots of time on your hands.

Oh man I remember that game, my gf loved that game(one of the only games I have found that she likes). The stunt stuff was fun, played just stunt mode for a full weekend after my ankle surgery. Ahh the good old games...
