In the airline business, the frequent flyer points in each person's account is listed as a liability on the airlines balance sheet, because someday they have ti award the miles/trips.

I can't believe the radio station thinks the same way...wanting us to use up all the points we held over from last year, but I wonder if they do have some reason they want us to use up our points..so the high values right now on prizes.
