Hi. I was told by the customer service rep that after you receive the magazines, you are supposed to turn in the coupon with the offer on it. I suppose they might bill you or cut the subscription short if they don't get this "coupon". This stopped me from trying to get in on the deal. Did anyone else hear of this?

I just called and ordered Maximum PC, US News and World Reports, Reader's Digest and Easy Home Cooking.

As for the question about the coupon ... they didn't mention it and if they pull the subscription from me that's fine as well. I don't know how you are suppose to turn in the coupon when the mags are coming from different places.

I guess we will wait and see.

I got hit in college with this. I signed up for a magazine through one of these deals. At the time I did it, they didn't tell me that if I do not cancel within 12 months, I would automatically be renewed and sent a bill. I called and canceled multiple times but they still kept sending me a bill and even sent a collections agency after me. So I just paid the $20 and called it a day.
