Thumbs up Pooh's Heffalump Movie -- Screening

Sad to hear that about the Boogeyman screening guys. I missed the Hide and Seek one too because the theater was full. On many occations is because people get in without tix.

    Pooh's Heffalump Movie -- Screening

For Pooh fans out there (like me) you are going to love seen Pooh and Friends up on the big screen (especialy Tigger). Very good family movie. If you have kids, or just like Pooh, then go see it, you'll enjoy it.

If you see this movie you'll have a Heffalot good time. It was Heffagreat.

    *Stay for the ending credits.

For the kids follow the link

ONE ADMIT TWO PASS TO SON OF A MASK

A decade after the legendary Mask of Loki wreaked havoc on the life of an unsuspecting adult, the magical mask finds its way into the possession of a child in the family comedy Son of the Mask. This movie screens Saturday February 12th at 10am at EDWARDS MIRA MESA. Seating is not guaranteed so please arrive early.

ONE ADMIT TWO CONSTANTINE MOVIE PASS
Born with a gift he didn't want, the ability to clearly recognize the half-breed angels and demons that walk the earth in human skin, Constantine (KEANU REEVES) was driven to take his own life to escape the tormenting clarity of his vision. But he failed. Resuscitated against his will, he found himself cast back into the land of the living. Now, marked as an attempted suicide with a temporary lease on life, he patrols the earthly border between heaven and hell, hoping in vain to earn his way to salvation by sending the devil's foot soldiers back to the depths. This movie screens Tuesday, February 15th, at 7pm at the AMC MISSION VALLEY 20. Seating is not guaranteed so please arrive early.

Thumbs down Son of Mask screening

Kids 3-9 will enjoy it for its silly wacky comedy, but the adult in you will see a movie that was just slapped together and that uses the word cr@p a lot. Don't go excepting a Jim kinda Mask because you will be greatly disappointed.
Alan Cumming (Fegan Floop on Spy Kids plays Loki on this one) was the best. Basically I liked the movie because of him. Everything else was kinda missing something. On one part the movie simply dies, nothing happens for a couple of minutes.
Not worth a movie tix price. Wait for video and use a coupon to rent it.

Hope that people that saw BECAUSE OF WINN-DIXIE had a better experience.

    Cool Because of Winn-Dixie

I saw Because of Winn-Dixie this past Saturday. I liked the movie a lot. Its definately a movie you should take your kids too. There is humor (but not toilet humor) and can be touching at points. I definately would have paid to see Because of Winn-Dixie. Plus, the main character's nickname is LunchMeat!

Also, the theater wasn't full so they had the people from channel 95.7 passing out screening tickets to anyone who wanted to watch the screening who didn't have a ticket already.

I went to the screening of Constantine tonight. It was actually much better than I had expected (I guess the special effects looked corny to me on TV). Interesting story, sort of like Stigmata meets Sixth Sense with some Amityville Horror thrown in to make you scream. I hate bugs, so the flies and spiders and stuff were icky. But, hey, what's hellfire and demons without a little creepy crawly going on?
