When they first started the points program, they said on several occassions they would be giving a car away. They have not mentioned that at all over the past few months.
I have sort of worn out my welcome with them due to some emails I have sent them over the past couple of months. Can someone here send them an email and ask some pointed questions.
1. Confirm that they plan to zero out our accounts at the end of the year.
2. Will they be giving away a car, as they originally said.
3. If no car, will they ramp up the number of prizes so we can use our accumulated points and not lose them all.
