    Super-S: Ewiz.com

    So, I purchased a PCI-E Radeon X300 on Dec 21st from this place. On the 22nd they said it shipped and gave me a FedEx tracking number. Great!

    Well... it is Jan 14th and FedEx still shows only "Package information transmitted to FedEx" as the status. In other words, it was never picked up.

    So, I e-mail them last week and they reply with "We will look into it and send the card next-day." Right.

    So I call... the guy says that the card was shipped in the wrong order and another card will be shipped asap. Right.

    Now, I have e-mailed 3 times, no reply. I call every day but nobody picks up the telephone. I just get constant ringing and an annoying auto-attendant.

    I dunno... anybody have any ideas??

    was it fogdog.com? they did the same thing to me, sent the info about the pacakge, but never got it taken care of (yes i know fogdog doesnt sell vid cards).

    Oddly enough, after I posted this and the negative feedback on pricewatch.com they called me and e-mailed me to apologize and have sent the video card next-day air. It should arrive today if FedEx delivers on the holiday.

    I am glad they made things right after that mix-up.
