I thought discounttiredirect.com had free road hazard if you purchased 4 tires from them. I just went out there to look at some tires and you have to buy "certificates" for each tire that provides road hazard. Is this the way it always has been?

Too my knowledge yes. usually it is always included into the price of the tire, so when they quote you a price it is preincluded. I remember asking about no warrenty on it, only slightly less if I remebering correctly. Ofcourse I am talking about the B&M store.

That is what I thought. I remembered looking at tires a month ago when I bought new tires for my Altima and I remember that the road hazard was included in the price. Not anymore, it is extra.

Actualy the road hazard that comes with it is a pro-rated road hazard. What the certificates are is a full coverage. So if anything happens you get ALL the money back regardless of how much has been worn off.
