I recently signed up for the AllAdvantage.com -- pay to surf the internet -- program under a link I found on the GotApex site. In order to generate referrals for myself, the people I signed up under, and those that will follow, I think it's best to create a sort of referral congo line:

The person that first reads this note and then signs up will do so directly via the above link (as my referral), and then ought to post a response with his/her link (including the proper, new, referral ID).
