LAN Party - Desert Combat & Call of Duty United Offensive - This Weekend!!

I'm having a LAN Party this weekend and we will be playing BF

C and COD:UO for the most part. But at the tail end we may get into a little Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory.

We will be holding a BBQ this weekend at the LAN as well. Everyone will pitch in for the food and we will then divide the total by how many people show up. Normally its about $5-6 for the BBQ.

Other than that we have some cool fUnc mouse pads, a Tribes Vengeance T-shirt, a X-Trac mouse pad and a bunch of cool UV and Neon case modding supplies to give away.

Here is a approximate timeline of the LAN fyi.

11AM – Breakfast at Denny’s
12:30PM – Off to LANmaniac
12:30 to 1:00PM - Setup
1:00PM – IT’S ON! COD
6:30:00PM – BBQ Masters Get to Work
7:00ish – Grub Time!
8:00PM – DESERT ****IN COMBAT!
2:00AM WOLF:ET!

The LAN starts Sunday at around 1PM and we normally close down at around 6-10AM Sunday.

You know if you kept your money instead of buying all that gear, you could have picked up a gaggle of hookers and blow and thrown a party that would have produced much better pictures.

I probably wouldn't fit in--

I use my laptop to game

And you don't need a LAN to play WoW! </WoW Addict>

But otherwise, if I lived in the area, I'd check it out -- I've been following your posts over the years.

I just got Call of Duty so I won't be able to show up and whomp up too much on you guys. But I did see you have Wolfenstein ET on the list. Maybe I'll show up for some of that. Do you have to bring your own computer or can you use somebody else's?

By the way there is a Games section here. There are a lot of LAN players there so you might want to drop the info in it, if it isn't moved automatically.
