you can register a domain with dot5 for 5.95

They dont require you to signup for hosting through them either. I registerred www.congartist.com I had been thinking about registerring it, so it was an easy decision.

what things are you guys signing up for? if someone above me signed up for the alienware aurora alx for 55 referalls...forget it!

6 - for the mac mini. I am would rather ebay that and apply it towards an apple LCD, instead of the dull.

I registerred congartist.com from dot5. They have since changed the wording to say you must get a hosting package. I better get credit, because i completed the offer as origianlly stated.

You should be able to do that. I dont see why you wouldnt be able to. They dont say how long you have to pay for, they just say you must purchase hosting.

So has anyone actually gotten any referalls with this site? I want the 1 referall ipod shuffle so I can give it as a present but not sure if I should even bother signing up myself.
