    Offering $10 to touch up a picture

    I have a digital picture with a smudge from a thumb print on the camera lense. I figure that it could be touched up so that no one would notice, but I have no idea how to do it.

    I will Paypal someone $10 if they can fix it. If you need more than $10, please let me know.
