When this deal hits, their servers instantly get overloaded. I had to retry dozens of times at every stage to get my order to go through. I noticed that it took until about 12:30 (CDT) for this batch to sell out. Either they have an unusually large amount of crap to ship this time, or (more likely) the server overload slowed things down so much that it took that long to sell out. The last crap deal sold out in less than 10 minutes, if I recall. (I didn't get in on it.)

Woot = good customer service. I ordered 2 of the Bluetooth mice from woot last week. They were an outdated model(not as advertised), but before I even noticed that they refunded me $20 and offered for me to return them for a full refund. Another time I ordered from woot and changed my mind and they had no problem with me cancelling my order.

Yeah, I guess each item counts as a baggage.

I guess some of this ended up being in the suckage category: the vacuum seems to be shot (always reports the battery as being gone, even though the charging system thinks it is fully charged). And the manufacturer requires a copy of your invoice for any warranty work (but Woot never gives any invoice details on what is sold in a bag of crap). But at least the backpack alone is worth far more than the $8 I paid.
