    Moving boxes

I know it'll be cheaper (or free) to scrounge for moving boxes, but I figure I can just pay $20 for a stack of boxes. Does anyone know of a good place to look for moving boxes for cheap/sorta cheap?

Usually homeless guys have them. Just go up to them, tell them that you are from the bank, and you are foreclosing on their home.

Vons is very good if you let the produce guys know you need boxes. Sometimes the size boxes you get depends on what fruit is in season. But be careful you don't get big boxes because remember someone has to lift them when they are full. The perfect size with tops is banana boxes. I just realized you are in Virginia. I think you have Safeway there not Vons

If you know anyone who works a corporate job I'm sure they can snag some nice moving boxes for you. We always have some around for those who move to different offices or cubicles.

Places like UHaul will sell you a whole pile for something like $20.

last i checked, if you sell just 1 thing on ebay, you can order 25 boxes per day (for 30 days) from usps through ebay for free with free shipping to your door. ive tried this, and have recieved several sets of boxes. you can choose from (i THINK) 3 or 4 different sizes, with the largest not being as large as standard moving boxes, but they may come in handy when you need to store some smaller items.

I bought my moving boxes at Home Depot. They were around a buck a box. They have some good size boxes.
Peter: Lois, you've got a sick mind!
Lois: Peter, I'm talking about making love.
Peter: Oh, I thought you wanted us to murder the children and harvest their organs for beer money.
