I think I have a Death Star laying around somewhere.

I'm pretty good at saving receipts and correspondence for my hardware purchases. I was able to find the receipt on my original purchase of 2 45GB DeathStars on 2/26/01 (unbelievable - I considered getting 45GB for $146 a pretty good deal back then!), as well as the paperwork for the one I had to return under warranty. So I should be good for $100 and 25 CDROMs.

I had two and when ibm said they were out of warranty and would not cover them I threw them away. No evidence=no cd's/cash.
Dang... I know I returned at least 2 or 3 of these stupid things, but why in the hell would I keep records of dead HDs?
Oh well...
