    text output of all mp3 files

    is there a program that will list all the mp3's that i have in a certain directory to like a text file or anything?

    Easiest way that I know how...

    Queue them all up in WinAmp. Sort them however you want if you want to. Then do Ctrl+Alt+G and it will make an html file of the list. That's my favorite way.

    here, you open up a command window from the folder that contains all your mp3's and you throw this command

    dir /on /b *.* > C:\folderlist.txt

    and it will create a text file at this destination (c:\folderlist.txt) which you can change of course, you have to keep the syntax the exact same and it will actually include in the list ANY file that's in that folder.

    It can also save the list to disk.

    She has some other free utilities on her site that are pretty good, too. I use her time sync program.
