Well, from what I know it is a BBA. I bought the card from a guy on these forums and he listed it as a Dell OEM. I did some searching before buying and dug this up:

I went ahead and gave it a shot and it's a great card. It actually performed better in 3dMark03 than a 256MB variant I had bought from Newegg. I ended up trading a few other things I had laying around the house for an X800XT, which is the only reason I am getting rid of this card.
I sold the card and it's ATI made (Dell OEM without software).
