Nss!!! I Got My Desktop Back!
I'm so happy I want to cry! Scott spent hours yesterday modding my case for me so the powersupply we ordered would work (he just had to cut a hole, since it's a Dell and we didn't order a Dell ps). I got it back last night and have had no problems with it at all since then. I'm connected via lan to the new wireless router and got all the last month's worth of stuff from the laptop. I've used the dvd burner, internet, my mouse & keyboard are plugged in and fine. Anything else you guys recommend making sure works?
I'm so happy! It's back to being fast, being able to have a bunch of stuff open at once without lagging, etc. Everything is fantastic except for the monitor, which is really really bad, coming off of the great screen on the laptop. heh
Color me pleased!
